Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled, with at least 24 hrs notice before Shipping out an order for delivery, a full refund of the purchase amount will be credited.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the delivery will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for dumpsters that have been delivered, customers must pay full rate. To cancel an unshipped order please contact us at (337)784-1927.

Once the order is canceled, then request for a refund by reaching us at (337)784-1927) if it meets prior stated requirements.

Client has as many days up to delivery to request a refund.

Once the dumpster is delivered, the customer can no longer request a refund. Customer may still cancel order but will forfeit the cost of the dumpster service.

It could take up to 15 days for customers to receive a refund from the date that customer requests refund if all other requirements are met.

Total cost will be refunded if dumpster order is cancelled at least 24 hrs prior to delivery.

We reserve the right to return funds via check in mail or refund to credit card depending on our credit card processors discretion.
